Is a Corsa a good first car?

I have seen a Corsa for sale for £800. It has suspension changes, alloy wheels, a very nice sound system. But the insurance is £1500 is it worth it? and is it a good first car?

Yeah that sounds good if you have the money to pay for the insurance it sounds like a good deal, make sure that everything on it works because that seems quite cheap, i don’t know how old it is but websites say it costs around 6G so its obviously not a new one but by the sounds of things it would be a “Wicked” first car.
