How can you set up an auxiliary Audio Input into a stock stereo?

I have a 2001 Saturn SL with a stock stereo cd-player. I have been using a FM transmitter but the audio quality just isnt there. Can you hook up a Aux Audio input to the stock stereo instead of buying a whole new deck??? If so how??

Nope.. as far as i know you cant, just buy a new deck, i got an Alpine Cda-9886 from best buy $329.99 and i love it, but install it your self.. easier
